Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to add the balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing.
